I help people buy and sell homes across the Twin Cities and the west metro, and I do it the way I'd want it done for my own family: honestly, patiently, and without the hard sell.

I came to real estate from years in retail sales, where the whole job was building real relationships and actually listening to what people needed. That's the part I loved, and it's exactly what buying or selling a home comes down to. Real estate let me take that same care and point it at the biggest decision most people ever make.

What I know best

What I'm still building in transaction count, I make up for in homework. I spend my time in these neighborhoods and I write the guides on this site myself, so I can tell you which block is quietly the best value, how a commute really feels, and what it's like to live somewhere once the open house is over. That local knowledge is what I bring to every client, whether you're a first-time buyer or selling a home you've loved for years.

How I work

You work with me directly, start to finish, not a hand-off to a team you never met. I'll tell you when a house is a mistake, push hard when it's the one, and keep the process calm and clear from the first showing to the last signature.

Beyond the transaction

I also write The Twin Cities Insider, a free monthly note on new restaurants, shops, and openings around the metro. It's my way of sharing the parts of living here that make a neighborhood worth choosing in the first place.
